Instructions for External Requests Only

  • For building/facility rental requests with New Brunswick Public Schools you must use our reservation portal to make all building/facility rental requests using the following steps.

     

    1)     If you DO NOT HAVE A USER LOGIN, use the link below to create a user login.  On this page click the “Create One” hyperlink (following “Don't have an account?”) to create a login.  You must agree to the “Terms and  Conditions” to complete the registration process.

    2)      If you DO HAVE A USER LOGIN, use the link below to login in to the web portal.  On this page click the “Log in to Request Facility Use” hyperlink in the upper right hand corner of the page (following “Welcome Guest!”) to log in using your registered email address and password.  https://www.communityuse.com/default.asp?acctnum=1507124224

    3)  Once logged in, click the "Request Facility Use" tab (next to the "Home" tab) to create and submit your facility use request.
